We have heard of people not being able to submit Roadless Rule comments. This is likely due to people accessing the original Federal Register Notice which ended on September 21, 2026. When the Roadless Rule first came out, many conservation and news organizations copied links to the original notice and did not update their links when the USDA extended the comment period to October 6th.
